Responsibilities

  • Establish and realize sales vision at 1-800 Radiator and A/C, putting performance measures, talent strategies, and customer relationship management processes in place.
  • Lead a sales team of account managers selling thermal heat exchange and HVAC parts for light and heavy-duty applications. Our team sells directly to customers, and performs ride-along sales calls with local sales reps for training
  • Create a performance management strategy that promotes an engaged and competitive culture amongst direct reports
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the program's success, including Supply Chain, National Accounts, Pricing, Marketing, Financing, IT, and Catalog.
  • Optimize and launch new franchise locations on new product offerings to enable the capture of new market share within existing markets.
  • Give sales presentations on our company to new prospective clients both virtually and in-person as part of our sales process
  • Training presentations for internal stakeholders on industry trends, program updates, product developments, marketing programs, and overall strategy
  • Leverage analytics to identify sales trends, conversion rates, inventory health, in-stock percentages, profitability, unit economics, sales call effectiveness, customer attrition, market penetration, warranty rates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience managing a sales team
  • 3+ year’ experience in customer success, account management, or similar function
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to prioritize based on business needs.
  • Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  • Degree (4-year) from an accredited University.
