As one of the largest independent parts distributors in the nation, Benicia, CA based 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C sells millions of automotive parts every year through more than 200 locations in the U.S and Canada. 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C has North America’s largest inventory of radiators, condensers, air conditioning parts, fan assemblies, fuel pumps, catalytic converters, and related parts.

1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team.

This is a key position within a rapidly growing enterprise. High performers in this role have an opportunity to quickly assume additional responsibilities, develop their knowledge and understanding of our business model, and have preferred access to promotional opportunities! The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Benicia, CA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interface with business owners regarding purchasing, inventory management, and other related areas
• Utilize inventory metrics to influence preferred purchasing behavior
• Conduct training calls to ensure comprehension of purchasing related tasks
• Report management

• Analytical background (experience or academic)
• Organizational skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Receptive and interested in learning and progressing within a fast-growing business network
• Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams to accomplish goals
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines

• BA/BS in a Business or Quantitative field
• Solid MS Office skills, specifically Excel, required
• Experience in Automotive supply chain industry (after market or OE) a plus, not required
