The Treasury Manager is an integral member of the Finance team and contributes to the Company’s success by ensuring an efficient and controlled global Treasury operations structure is maintained. The Treasury Manager oversees the cash management and banking activities for the Company's consolidated operations. This includes handling banking relationships, account maintenance, reporting and analysis, and daily cash management activities. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in Treasury technology and process enhancement initiatives. The Treasury Manager currently has one direct report and will report to the Assistant Treasurer.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize the global direct cash flow forecast by improving processes, analytics and reporting
  • Manage the 13-week rolling forecast process
  • Supervise daily cash positioning to ensure liquidity and funding needs are met in a timely manner
  • Manage debt notices and excess cash investment/redemption processes
  • Support short term investment of excess cash
  • Oversee bank account administration including opening / closing bank accounts as well as maintaining authorized signers and system users
  • Partner with various teams to optimize global banking and cash management structure and processes
  • Drive the Treasury Workstation (Kyriba) implementation, development of processes and procedures, and maintenance/enhancements of the system
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all cash related inquiries and escalations related to treasury operations
  • Communicate with banking partners to ensure smooth operation of all cash management activities
  • Conduct month-end close duties
  • Support audits, statutory examinations, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Prepare and analyzes monthly bank fee reports
  • Coach and manage direct reports
  • Support special projects for treasury operations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field strongly preferred. MBA, CPA and/or CTP desirable
  • 8 or more years Treasury/Finance experience. International treasury management and Corporate retail industry experience a plus
  • Strong technical, analytical, and computer skills. Proficiency in Excel required
  • Experience with Kyriba preferred
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines within a fast-paced environment and with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team oriented and capable of collaborating across various functions within the organization
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes
