The Field Recruiter is responsible for filling and managing the pipeline of candidates to support staffing in Take 5 Oil Change and Car Wash US locations.


  • Edit job descriptions & postings; post and manage job postings
  • Conduct phone pre-screen interviews & schedule in-person interviews for potential Car Wash Attendants, Technicians, Assistant Managers, Managers, and other shop positions
  • Assist hourly candidates navigating the preboarding process, ensuring critical steps are followed and required documentation is provided
  • Act as the main point of contact between Hiring Managers and HR for status updates regarding applicants
  • Track and report on candidate flow and hiring success
  • Support recruiting efforts for new unit growth to ensure employees are hired in time to be trained ahead of new shop openings
  • Collaborate with the field and recruiting teams to adjust recruiting practices to meet evolving staffing needs
  • Attend job fairs and career events when necessary


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to communicate and support individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
