The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the shared services accounting team at Driven Brands. This individual will have strong leadership experience and a passion for developing and building teams. They will lead a team of several individuals and report directly to the Shared Services Controller of Driven Brands. This position will have exposure to all the brands and other departments as well. Additional key responsibilities will be establishing and maintaining effective internal controls, identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies, and coaching direct reports to enhance their development. The ideal candidate will possess a ‘go getter’ type mentality, who wants to constantly learn and grow, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
The Manager will have strong communication skills, experience resolving issues at a variety of organizational levels, familiarity in providing executive summaries, an inquisitive mindset for data and analysis, and be a good fit for the collaborative, get-it-done culture that is fundamental to Driven.
