The Manager, Financial and Corporate Communications is a meaningful contributor to Driven Brands’ visibility and credibility with financial and business audiences, including media, investors, vendors, and other key stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to develop greater business acumen, to build strong relationships with digital, broadcast and business media outlets, and exposure to executive management.


By bringing to life compelling strategic narratives that increase the general understanding of Driven Brands’ global business, competitive advantages, business segments, operating model, and financial prospects, this Manager will help the company unlock value with both internal and external stakeholders.


Partnering with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, this collaborative team player shapes the tone of Driven Brands’ messages to employees, shareholders, analysts, and external corporate stakeholders, including the financial and business press, and ESG rating agencies. Further, the Manager ensures messaging consistency across financial communication channels and audiences.



  • Partner with VP, Investor Relations, to improve investor and analysts understanding of Driven Brands’ business segments, metrics, and strategic plan.
  • Develop a wide range of financial communications content, including web content, presentations, scripts, FAQs, and press releases.
  • Partner with Sr. Director, Corporate Communications, to improve awareness of Driven Brands’ corporate presence, developing interesting storylines targeted toward the media; build and maintain strong media relationships with business and financial media contacts.
  • Measure, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of communications programs/strategy.
  • Track Driven Brands’ corporate and business segment ESG goals.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, PR, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years professional experience in high-profile corporate communications or investor relations.
  • Experience in ESG reporting preferred.
  • Strong project management skills: action oriented, setting clear goals and objectives, working towards deadlines, prioritizing, and managing deliverables
  • Strong collaboration.
  • Experience in developing proactive, compelling, and creative financial and corporate communications strategies..
  • Passion for storytelling.
  • Intellectual curiosity to understand business trends.
  • Deep understanding of the fast-evolving communications environment and digital landscape.
