The Treasury Analyst is an integral member of the Finance Team responsible for Treasury activities related to company-owned locations, New Unit Growth, and Merger & Acquisition Integration. This position will regularly interface with business operations and financial service providers. The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager.


  • Support the banking activities related to Driven Brands company-owned locations, including change orders, deposit slips, etc.
  • Support new center opening Treasury functions which includes determination of depository methods (e.g., banks, armored cars, SmartSafes, etc.) and execution of the setup process, such as opening bank accounts, establishing Merchant IDs and securing credit card terminals, deposit slips, bank bags, endorsement stamps, opening cash, etc.
  • Support Treasury activities related to Merger & Acquisition integrations
  • Administer Purchasing Card program
  • Coordinate Merchant Processor communications
  • Support Merchant Processing activities and strategy
  • Support operational and cost improvement initiatives for store deposit activities
  • Work with Accounting on the setup and reporting of bank transaction activity for company-owned locations
  • Develop and prepare reporting on company-owned banking and Merchant Processor activities
  • Cross-train and assist other team members as necessary
  • Assist with special projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field strongly preferred. MBA, CPA and/or CTP desirable
  • 3 or more years Treasury/Finance experience. Corporate retail industry experience preferred
  • Strong technical, analytical, and computer skills. Proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines within a fast-paced environment and with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team oriented and capable of collaborating across various functions within the organization
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes
