The focus of the B2B Sales & Account Manager role is to grow Take 5 Car Wash’s local B2B/fleet business in and surrounding Denver, Colorado through B2B relationship development, sales execution, and ongoing account management. We consider local fleet to be any B2B organization (small businesses, municipalities, regional fleet operators, car dealerships, etc.) with vehicles that can fit through our car wash tunnels.


This role will include a competitive base salary with commission structure


  • Activate new local B2B / fleet customers in the Denver, Colorado area through community engagement and strong selling skills
  • Serve as the dedicated account manager for new and existing customers, providing a best-in-class customer service to drive future renewals
  • Keep database updated with 1) information on new leads to help grow future business and 2) information on existing customers to help with account management and renewals
  • Work directly with the Take 5 Car Wash Revenue team leadership as well as District Managers and Site Managers in the local Denver market
  • This position is suitable for entry-level & early career sales professionals, and offers significant career growth potential as we scale our fleet business
  • Role will require local travel in the Denver market to meet with potential and existing customers


  • Strong organizational skills and communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations.
  • 1+ years sales experience (B2B sales experience a plus)
  • Car Wash business experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to engage prospects without fear of rejection
  • Ability to confidently present & discuss proposals face-to-face, in writing, or over the phone
  • Real-time adaptability – capable of hitting curve-balls thrown by prospects
  • Self-starter: ability to deliver incomparable results with limited supervision
