  • Manage and improve the existing oil recycling program for Take 5, to include:
    • Optimization of pricing using index-based pricing, competitive bidding, or other means
    • Evaluation of vendors, including tools, capabilities, and other required services
    • Expansion of program to franchisees and other Driven Brands’ brands or affiliates
  • Develop a process for optimizing new and existing shops’ oil inventory layout (i.e., determining the oil type and tank size combinations, based on a shop’s location and the associated car parc)
  • Lead efforts or collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement on other initiatives that will increase Take 5 profitability, related to demand management, increased use of preferred vendors, or other means


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in analyzing and understanding data & analysis
  • Project management, including cross-functional process development and improvement experience
  • Experience in commodities purchasing, price analysis, or trading desired
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence senior functional leads
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels.​
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
