The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. They are also responsible for building and managing a successful marketing team. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert in all marketing-related activities through various channels, mainly digitals, with the objective of driving and attaining high sales figures. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting goals, implementing actions, and measuring success against benchmarked targets.


  • Evaluate and implement improvements on the digital strategies with the internal team as well as our agencies
  • Lead the digital onboarding of acquired brands
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Create and manage the marketing department annual budgets
  • Work with cross functional team to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals
  • Create and manage new user acquisition campaigns
  • Provide weekly reporting on key metrics, key learnings, and actionable insights
  • Manage a team to ensure successful and quality work is produced
  • Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine feasibility and profitability of new or existing offerings; make recommendations based on findings.


  • University degree in marketing, advertising or business administration
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful paid search campaigns.
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience preferred
