Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives that drive efficiency for Take 5 Oil Change Small Business Team
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to execute fleet strategy including teams such as marketing, BI, IT, franchise operations, finance, and customer experience
  • Manage direct report(s) to assist in financial reporting and operations
  • Execute ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Ability to meet quick deadlines set by senior management
  • Create presentations and charts to present to leadership on current and future state of Small Business Operations
  • Create training materials for field to understand the process of Small Business Fleet
  • Act as main point of contact for our billing partners to create tactics for new acquisitions, accounts, and processes
  • Identify potential gaps in the process and define plans to overcome the issue
  • Manage and maintain CRM and data for Small Business
  • Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines and get results 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operation or business-related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in related field
  • Understanding of Salesforce preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker and proficient in data analysis
